Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to meet the business objectives, but particularly in times of rapid changes and expansion. She has been a key partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is passionate about learning and sees management and team building as the best advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's created and trained leaders who have achieved results and have had success. The work she did helped create cultures within organizations which promote innovation and learning. Annmarie has felt compelled to donate her talent and energy to help support Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working she offers support to various non-profit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women grow into leaders. Additionally, she provides education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
