Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is a Canadian-American singer-songwriter. She is the author of more than twenty albums. DiFranco's songs are classified as alternative rock and folk. But, they include influences from jazz hip hop punk as well as rock and roll. Ani diFranco was the first artist to launch her own label in 1990. Ani is widely considered to be a feminist icon. DiFranco was born on the 23rd September 1970 in the city of Buffalo in New York.
